The Chris Kelley Foundation is proud to support first responders and military and their families in times of need as we know what this support means first-hand. If you or a first responder or military family you know is in need of financial assistance, please fill out the Grant form linked below for consideration. If you would like a hard-copy to fill out, please email chriskelleyfoundation@gmail.com. Assistance may be given for line of duty or non-line of duty injury or death; other hardships may be given based on circumstances given on application.
